SIDR

Pricing

Priced per room.

One deal, one room, one price. Invite as many readers as the process needs and show them as many pages as the process needs — neither changes what you pay, because neither is the unit you think in.

What a room is.

A room is one deal. It holds the documents for that deal, the blind teaser, the agreement version your readers accept, every reader you invite, and the evidence chain for all of it. It stays open until you close it, and closing it ends the access without ending the terms your readers agreed to.

Everything in the list beside this is in every tier, including the cheapest one. We do not put the watermark, the evidence chain or the honest limits behind an upgrade — they are what the product is, and a version of SIDR without them would not be worth selling.

In every room, in every tier

  • Server-side rendering — the original file never reaches a reader’s browser
  • A visible per-copy mark on every page a reader opens
  • Staged disclosure, L0 to L2 or higher by tier, enforced on the server
  • Registration and three independent time anchors
  • Append-only, hash-chained evidence and the offline verifier
  • Revocation, measured at 115 ms against a 5-second budget
  • Your readers keep their own agreements, at no cost to them, forever

Readers are never charged and never need a subscription. The person you invite pays nothing to read.

What we do not charge for.

Not per page

Uploading a 400-page memorandum costs the same as uploading a 4-page teaser. Per-page pricing makes you ration what you disclose, which is the opposite of what this product is for.

Not per seat, for your readers

Invite the whole buy-side. A reader is not a licence, and a process that adds a second analyst on the other side should not become a procurement conversation.

Not per view

Readers return as often as they like. Metering attention would give us a reason to want more of it, and we do not want a reason.

No success fee, ever

We take no percentage of your deal, hold no funds, and have no interest in the outcome. There is no screen anywhere in the product where money moves.

Questions we would ask.

What happens when I close a room?

Billing stops. Your readers lose access within seconds and see a page telling them what happened and who to contact. Their copy of the agreement they accepted stays with them, because it is their contract. Your evidence certificate for that deal is yours to export and keep, and it verifies without us.

Can I export the record if I stop paying?

Yes. An evidence package is a file, and it verifies with open tools on your own machine. That is the point of building it that way — an evidence product you can be locked out of is not evidence.

Do my readers pay anything?

No, and they never will. They create one identity that works for every originator who invites them afterwards.

Is there a free tier?

Yes — “Register a deal” is permanently free, no card: a blind teaser and a timestamp, with nothing identifying shown. Inviting a real reader to a level above the teaser is the point at which a room becomes paid, on a 14-day trial.

What does it cost elsewhere?

The established data rooms charge per page or per user, and a large process can run into five figures before anyone has signed anything. We are not going to pretend to know your alternative’s quote. We will say that per-room is the model we would want if we were paying, which is why it is the one we built.

Show it. Own it.

Set up a room and see what your counterparty sees before you decide anything. If you would rather talk through a live process and what it would cost, that door is open too.
